Hi — I’m Euan. I run Euan’s Computer Support, providing friendly, local IT help in Winchester - particularly the Sutton Scotney - South Wonston area. If you’re local to the area, you may recognise me from my time working at Dever Stores.
My background is in Economics and Mathematics, but I’ve always had a strong aptitude for computers and IT. Over the years I’ve naturally become the go-to person for tech problems among friends and family. I’ve built and set up multiple PCs, diagnosed and resolved a wide range of Windows software issues, and worked extensively with data recovery, storage problems, and device setup. I also have solid experience supporting other devices, including mobile phones.
Most of the people I help aren’t “techy” — they just want things working again without being talked down to. I’ll keep it clear, honest, and jargon-free.
If I can’t fix something, I’ll be upfront about it and point you in the right direction. Some issues simply aren’t practical to fix — especially where replacement or specialist repair makes more sense. In those cases, there’s no charge, aside from a small call-out fee if I’ve travelled to you.
